Monetize your healthcare operations and patient outcome records

AI labs pay $100k to $2m to license the records you already have. You keep ownership. Patient records are de-identified to the standard your law requires (HIPAA, GDPR) before any buyer sees them.

What we look for

  • 01Longitudinal patient records with outcomes: diagnoses, treatments and what happened next
  • 02Standard operating procedures and care pathways
  • 03Clinical trial operations records: monitoring reports, queries, deviations and how they were resolved
  • 04Quality records: incident reviews, corrective actions and audit findings
  • 05Scheduling, referral, authorisation and billing workflows
  • 06Training materials and documentation templates

Patient records are de-identified to the standard your law requires (HIPAA, GDPR) and signed off by your compliance team before any buyer sees them.

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us what you have.

Fill in a short form. No files needed. We reply within 3 days with what is in scope and an estimate.

  2. 2

    We find a buyer.

Buyers see a de-identified summary without your name. Nothing is signed until a buyer wants your data.

  3. 3

    We prepare the data.

We sign an NDA and licence with you, then remove personal and confidential information. You approve every package.

  4. 4

    You get paid.

You are paid when the buyer accepts the package.

03

How your data is protected

De-identified first

Patient identifiers such as names, dates of birth, record numbers and addresses come out before a buyer sees anything. Your compliance team signs off first.

Encrypted and deleted

Your data is encrypted while we work on it, and we delete the originals once processing is done.

Not sold to competitors

It is not published or sold to your competitors.

You stay in charge

You approve every package and can leave out any system, folder or record type.

FAQ

Who licenses the data?

Companies building and training AI, either directly or through specialist data partners.

What do AI labs use patient records for?

AI models learn from tasks with a checkable answer. A longitudinal record shows what was decided, why, and what came of it for the patient.

Which records fit best?

Longitudinal patient records with documented outcomes: the same patients followed over time, with diagnoses, treatments and what happened next.

Do we need to send patient data to get an estimate?

No, and please don't. Rough patient counts, years of records, whether outcomes are recorded and which record system you use are enough to start.

How do you handle HIPAA and GDPR?

Patient records are de-identified to the standard your law requires (HIPAA, GDPR) before any buyer sees them. How that is done for your dataset is agreed with you and your lawyers before any data moves, and your compliance team signs off.

Do we give up our data?

No. You license it, you don't sell it. You keep ownership, and licences are usually non-exclusive and typically run one year, so you can license the same data again afterwards.

How is the price set?

Every deal is negotiated individually. Longer patient histories and documented outcomes raise the price.

How much work is this for our team?

Very little: a short form, one call and approving packages. We handle de-identification, packaging and negotiations.

When are we paid?

When a buyer accepts a package. No advance payments. Every deal is different, so we do not promise timelines.

What is the catch?

Getting in touch commits you to nothing, and nothing is signed unless a buyer wants your data.
